This isn't just PIZZA LOVE, this is an EVERYTHING LOVE. Approved by everyone in the family! Peter is accurate that this is not a salty chili oil. It's full of umami and a good lingering heat. The first thing I want to make with it is dandan noodles because the chili oils I've previously been using are too salty. Looking forward to using this condiment in our everyday eats, oh, and our pizza! Extra bonus points for being a Canadian product!

Best chilli oil I've ever tried!! The flavours are so deep and complex and has a dept of umami that's unmatched. It's not too spicy either which makes it the perfect thing for everything. I've tried it on pizza of course but also on fried eggs, canned fish, and even as a salad dressing! It's great every single time. A truly versatile oil!!!

I wish it was cheaper because it's so good. I'm going poor feeding my Pizza Love addiction. Sigh

It's awesome. My only critique, it's not super seasoned / salty. Maybe that's a good thing so you can control based on your own preference.
