We ship most orders with tracking to the address provided at checkout. Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier, ownership of the package and responsibility for it transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbours, your household members, or your local post office.
